TA Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would be responsible for scouting, vetting, and recruiting exceptional talent. With that said, we are a scrappy startup, so the scope will be large. You'll help us build out a top-notch Talent Acquisition function from scratch that fuels the rest of the business.

 

This can be a remote position that does not require you to report to a specific location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the talent acquisition process.

  • Develop and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management.

  • Work with hiring managers to define needs and convert those needs into a recruitment strategy.

  • Develop sourcing models and plans to generate the talent pipeline; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers.

  • Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview.

  • Ensure a strong applicant experience from interviewing to onboarding.

  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries and talent pools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of recruiting pipelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers, and candidates.

  • Known for high judgment with decision making and confidential information.

  • Experience recruiting talent in the e-commerce industry.
