Senior TA Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who would be responsible for scouting, vetting, and recruiting exceptional talent. With that said, we are a scrappy startup, so the scope will be large. In this role, there is strong potential to build out a team that will quickly grow the rest of the business. This person will serve as the thought leader on all talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities

Manage the talent acquisition process and directly manage and coach other TA Specialists.

Build company-wide processes and implement tools to improve work efficiency.

Be the face of D1 to candidates as they engage with our business.

Lead search and negotiations for executive positions.
​

Drive short and long term headcount planning with leadership team.

Develop and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management.

Work with hiring managers to define needs and convert those needs into a recruitment strategy.

Develop sourcing models and plans to generate the talent pipeline; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers.

Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview.

Ensure a strong applicant experience from interviewing to onboarding.

Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries and talent pools.
Requirements
-
6+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.

2+ years of direct management experience.
