HR Manager

To support this growth, we will continue to increase hiring exponentially. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to support onboarding & compliance, pursue key process improvement areas, and be a leader across our organization. You will be the first HR employee at D1, so you’ll work independently to build this key function of the business.   • Provide guidance and execute on onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance, career development, mobility, etc.

  • Oversee the onboarding process and proactively identify opportunities to constantly improve and elevate the onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, coaching and corrective action, leaves of absence, development plans, terminations, etc.

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage outreach and candidate experience for all departments. Handle light recruiting tasks and projects.

  • Oversees the administration of benefits communication, compliance, and information on all programs.


  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably at an early stage, high-growth company.

  • Experience managing complex HR projects and operationalizing HR policies and strategy.

  • Ability to hit the ground running by building plans and processes independently.
